Big C's Charter Service, Inc. wants you to know that our top priorities are your satisfaction and the health and safety of our clients, staff, and our community. We have incorporated some safety practices to help ensure this.

• Your driver will be wearing a mask at all times.
• It is up to the discretion of each individual group if they are requiring mask for their guests.
• While we do not require passengers to wear a mask while onboard, we do ask that if someone needs to communicate face to face with the driver that they do wear a mask during those conversations. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
• Hand sanitizer is available upon entry throughout your trip.
• We thoroughly disinfect and sanitize the entire charter between each and every trip.
